1. Before construction, even before signing the contract, the "detection and evaluation" of the ground is very important. Including the analysis of the parameters of the floor, the estimation of temperature and humidity during construction, the performance of main and auxiliary materials, craftsmen's skills and so on, this work should be completed by the floor trader. Unfortunately, this work has not been done at all! Human factors, the project commander (floor trader) has problems.
2. The grass-roots level is extremely complex, and the old project transformation must be discussed one case at a time! __________. In the face of complex floors, ignore, weather factors can not be changed, the adhesive is optional. Old PVC floors, epoxy floors, the choice of adhesives and cement self-leveling base can be the same? There is no pre-inspection and evaluation of the grass-roots level, and there are problems at the grass-roots level.
3. The surface temperature of the construction environment should not be lower than 15 degrees according to the relevant German norms. The highest temperature on site is only 7.4 degrees Celsius, and it is colder at night. Problems have arisen in the construction environment.
4. Supplementary materials, as a supplier of auxiliary materials, are not as simple as selling products. When selling glue, do not ask the customer what the grass-roots situation is? What is the customer's use of temperature and humidity, sold with eyes closed? There is a problem with accessory materials.
5. There are problems in the selection of scraping teeth, the understanding of basic units and the recognition of adhesives in construction. Scraping teeth selected on site are totally unsuitable for PVC floor installation. Workers do not understand the differences in the choice of adhesives for various grass-roots units. The requirement for adhesives is not slightly higher when rubber flooring is laid on top of rubber flooring and epoxy flooring is laid on top of rubber flooring. Craftsmen, human factors have problems.
6. Do not know from that year, as long as there are problems in the installation, the first thought is that the floor has problems, the main material has problems! With the author's understanding of the floor, the main material of the scene did not find any problems.
Solution:
1. Warm up and turn on air conditioning. According to German norms, the temperature on site should not be less than 18 C. According to the author's experience, the lowest temperature should not be less than 15 C.
2. changing adhesive, such a complex base, the ordinary adhesive is definitely not enough. It is necessary to use the three component copolymer emulsion type water-based adhesive, such as terbon's T300, which is suitable for old PVC flooring and epoxy, and also applies to cement self leveling base.

Cement self-leveling absorbable ground, pasting time in the blue arc area of the figure above, old PVC coil floor and non-absorbable base such as epoxy resin, pasting time in the grey arrow area. The three component copolymer emulsion is extremely expensive, all imported from Germany.
